Yes, iQ-WEB supports English, Albanian, Chinese, French, German, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese in the user interface. Patient and study information should all come in the same encoding (e.g. UTF8), then iQ-WEB will be able to display DICOM tags correctly.
