To resolve the issue, navigate to:
SETTINGS → System → iQ-4VIEW
and disable the option for automatic pre-generation. This adjustment can improve image rendering behavior in DICOM viewing workflows and resolve loading issues in diagnostic imaging environments.

In some medical imaging studies, the imaging modality does not provide pixel spacing or calibration information within the DICOM metadata. In these cases, measurements may only be displayed in pixels instead of millimeters. iQ-4VIEW includes calibration tools that allow users to manually calibrate images using a known reference object, such as a calibration sphere or ruler.
