Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders independently and accurately
- Communicate with customers to provide support on order-related topics
- Prepare and manage quotes, order confirmations, and invoices
- Provide initial technical advice and support for customer inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Development, and other departments
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction
- Work with financial data and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Contribute to optimizing and improving internal order processing workflows
- Help deliver an outstanding customer experience with our software solutions
Qualifications
- Proficient in German and English; other language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skillsand keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of customer interaction
- Interest in technology and medical applications
- Team-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated work style
