iQ-4CLOUD: Detailed brochure available for download

Cloud-based PACS systems are on the rise and likely to replace the traditional on-premise PACS in the future. This comes as no surprise, as especially small to mid-sized healthcare institutions can benefit from such a solution. They can not only avoid expensive investments in software and hardware, but also free themselves from the burden of IT maintenance and related responsibilities.

Our iQ-4CLOUD brochure gives you an overview of the advantages of this cloud-based solution as well as its versatile uses – as PACS, referring physician portal, for teleradiology purposes and more. You can download it now on www.iq-image.com/products/iq-4cloud/.

Parlez-vous français? Product information in French language out now

Good news for our sales partners from French speaking countries: The following brochures and flyer are now available in French language and can be found in our Download Center:

  • Brochure of web-based Radiology Information System iQ-WEB RIS
  • Brochure of Picture and Archiving Communication System iQ-WEB
  • Brochure of thick-client diagnostic DICOM viewer iQ-VIEW/PRO
  • Flyer of iQ-WEB UPLOADER – our solution for to transfer medical images or relevant photos and documents to iQ-WEB or any other DICOM compliant PACS

Hint and Webinar: Which archiving and redundancy options do IMAGE products offer?

Archiving is one of the main challenges within the DICOM network. Please see below, which products of IMAGE can be of help in this regard.

The main archive of iQ-SYSTEM PACS is the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) iQ-WEB. It offers efficient and easily accessible short and long-term storage. Furthermore, it can be used as backup PACS and offers forward rules to easily connect other archiving software on DICOM level.

Similar to iQ-WEB, our cloud-based PACS solution, iQ-4CLOUD, offers a fully available online archive – completely managed and secured by IMAGE – usable as main or backup storage. For lower storage needs, IMAGE’s DICOM viewer, iQ-VIEW/PRO, can hold a small amount of data and contains even simple forward rules for automatic communication with further DICOM nodes.1

Besides these active archiving solutions, an automatic burning and labeling software can be of assistance. iQ-ROBOT2 provides burning of DICOM data supporting Epson and Primera robot devices for manual and automatic creation of backups on CD/DVD.

Would you like to learn more about how these options can be adapted to specific user requirements (configuration and setup)? Then join us for our upcoming technical web session on Tuesday, March 7. Click here to register now.

1 Please be aware that iQ-VIEW is not intended to be used as an archive and cannot be queried and thus cannot act as PACS server.
2 Please note: iQ-ROBOT must not be sold or used in the United Kingdom.

Meet us: Next trade show stop at the ECR in Vienna

After RSNA (Chicago, USA) and Arab Health (Dubai, UAE), the next trade show on our list is the European Congress of Radiology in Vienna. We are already on our way to Austria and would be pleased to meet you there. If you happen to be at the show, please feel free to stop by our booth 511 (Expo X5)

As recently as a few weeks ago, many customers took the opportunity to reserve some exclusive meeting time with our experts during the Arab Health in Dubai. Besides promising new sales partner contacts, we can also report exciting project inquiries from direct customers. First follow-up meetings have already taken place. In line with the trade fair focus on PACS, VNA and CLOUD, we recorded an increasing number of requests regarding the topic of archiving solutions.

Not to forget the RSNA in Chicago, where we started into the trade show season 2022/2023. From November 27 to 30, 2022, we recorded many prescheduled meetings with successful discussions. We were pleased to note the huge interest in our new zero-footprint Radiology Information Systems iQ-WEB RIS. Watch out for more news regarding this software in fall 2023. In general, AI was again a big trend and visitor numbers were higher compared to the previous year, but not reaching pre-COVID level.
