iQ IMAGE strengthens its management team for the next chapter
iQ IMAGE is entering its next chapter with continuity, new perspectives, and a strong commitment to its partners and customers worldwide. As of September 1, 2026, Julia Holthausen has joined iQ IMAGE as Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer (CSO), working alongside Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Katja Hoffmeyer.
At the same time, Dr. Árpád Bischof, founder and long-standing Managing Director of iQ IMAGE, is stepping back from his operational management responsibilities. He will remain closely connected to the company as Senior Medical and Business Development Advisor, contributing his extensive experience in medical imaging, international markets, and partner relations.
More than two decades of iQ IMAGE
Together with Mike Jensen, Árpád founded iQ IMAGE with the vision of developing flexible and accessible medical imaging solutions.
Since then, iQ IMAGE has grown from its first installation in Colombia in 2004 into an international medical imaging software company with more than 10,000 installations worldwide, locations in Germany, the United States, and India, and a strong global partner network.
We sincerely thank Árpád for his vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and more than two decades of commitment to iQ IMAGE. We are very pleased that his expertise will remain part of the company.
Continuing the journey together
Julia Holthausen brings extensive experience at the intersection of healthcare, digitalization, and medical software. As Managing Director and CSO, she will focus particularly on the commercial development of iQ IMAGE, its international markets, and customer and partner relationships.
Together with Managing Director and COO Katja Hoffmeyer, Julia will share responsibility for the strategic development of iQ IMAGE.
